What information is processed and why?

When you visit the website, technical service logs may record information such as your IP address, the page and URL requested, the time of the visit, browser and device details, the referring page, and server response information. This information is used to provide the website, investigate technical issues, and maintain its security. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website.

The website has no contact form or user account. If you contact us by email or phone, we use the information you provide to respond and handle your request. Correspondence may also be retained for as long as necessary to meet accounting or other legal obligations.

Service providers and Google Maps

The website’s hosting provider is Noisy Stream Oy (Avaruus.net). In its privacy notice, Avaruus.net says it retains its customer and user data at least for the duration of the contractual relationship. After the relationship ends, retention depends on the type and purpose of the data; customer data, for example, may be retained for up to two years. This general retention statement does not specify how long this website’s technical server logs are kept. Avaruus.net’s public notice does not state a specific retention period for those logs, so it must be confirmed with the provider.

The contact pages display a Google Maps map. When a contact page is opened, your browser requests map content from Google. Google may then process technical information such as your IP address, request, and browser details under its own policies. Cookies and tracking

The website’s own code does not include analytics or advertising tracking tools. Google Maps is an external service, and Google may use its own cookies or similar technologies when the map is loaded. Google’s privacy policy applies to that processing.
